Again another excellent summary of Universal... you've supported everything I currently feel about URL.

Short Term target price should support between .05-.07 before a pause for a deep breath.

Currently holding 900,000 averaged @ .019... ( bought 600,000@ .014 & another 300,000 @ .029 ) & will top up once .05 is held with support. I too could not understand how URL's share price has been allowed to fall so Low, your post explained in detail why it occurred.
