Captain, re BDR - PB didn't go willingly. Urucum UG will be 'game changing' in that it could increase the head grade materially (>25%) to the plant and improve the economics when fed with open pit ore. Bottleneck is plant throughput now that earth moving is sorted. It will also increase the LOM materially and is still open @ depth for many more oz to be added to reserves in time. I don't comment on BDR forum any longer. Sufficient to say turn-arounds rarely occur unless the management team is changed (which has now occurred. One too many stuff ups).
Nothing wrong with the RRL team, however.
