Where and when did he say that? I follow his stuff and do not recall reading such a call. Do you have a link? Is it on his website for access by subscribers? Which subscriptions service is it?
It does look as if there is some sort of a rally coming - I doubt it will get much over USD1200, if it gets that far, by early 2016. I expect POG may not do much until next Fed meeting, when we will be officially told if its on.
