Which is a better choice. Both have similar suggested possible CSG amounts. Both have a similar amount of shares. Money wise RPM seems to have more in the kitty and is obtaining revenues from some oil plays. RPM is around 9 cents and ICN is now around 15 cents. I think I've answered my question unless someone knows something about ICN that I don't.
