you would think that directors have restrictions on when they can sell shares, except the last one to sell (who wasn't ADP).....who was still in a blackout period even though he had resigned as a director.....but enough about that.

this is a company that was talked up by a spruiker and blown up by a stock market anarchist and it will take some time for the company to present new facts to the market, and every time new facts are presented, those anarchists will want to sink it again. so this will go on and on for a fair while until either management blow it up by not getting the job done, or management prove that this was never a one man show, but either way you'd think that's a year or so, maybe more. in the meantime a good day trading stock because right now it trades on sentiment only.
