There is a package of tenements known as the ‘Davyhurst’ project or tenements that GPN owned ~~ 20 years ago when it was known as Riverina Goldfields. The management at that time sold the tenement package with an attaching royalty.
After a series of owners including Croesus Gold, Monarch Gold now owns and is responsible for these tenements. The tenements are now subject to a 6% royalty on all gold produced after the first 100,000 oz. Currently ~~ 68,000 oz has been produced. The tenement group contains the Sunraysia project which has a proven ~~ 70,000 oz resource on it.
Does anyone know if this is valid, if so with MON ramping up production at Davyhurst you would expect royalty income to be due to GPN in the next 6months.
Any Comments???
