wow - great results - and must be a nightmare for gda holders from a few years AGO - mmm maybe that should have been an omen.
maybe matchbox has picked up on something about the ownership.
watso was pretty skeptical about the corrunna prospect at first - but after atlas did their first lot of drilling - then it was obvious that there would be a lot more iron - oh, that is correct - but atlas looked at a totally different area, as to where gda were looking. some-other poster has mentioned the difference in approach.
funny how AGO mention something about trucking distance from port hedland - yet prior to any serious exploration (ie just picking up a few rocks from the ground), gda in reports showed a railway from porthedland to marble bar (that was an old line - ripped up - but maybe the railway reserve was still in place) with an extension to corrunna downs .
strange how gda have never mentioned any of the ago results - a string of good results with the potential of well over 100m tonnes from a small part of the area. watso cannot be bothered going over some previous calcs that he did - but split rock alone has heaps more than 20m tonnes. 100m tonnes is not just potential - it really is a dead certainty which means $100mn in royalties - yet not a word from gda.
previously corrunna downs seemed to be a project in the distant future - but now they mention "within trucking distance of porthedland"
yet gda seem to ignore the news -just unbelievable. even if gda were wound up - the potential royalty would be worth a few million dollars - which is a lot more than the present market cap
