I forgot to add some other obvious points :-

Only 350m shares
Top 20 own approx. 60%
Market cap of just $13m
NPV stated as being $2.9 billion
Only drilled 22% of the area
Plenty of room for upside
Number one share holder is providing major infrastructure costs of circa $1 billion reducing capex for ROY and makes the project even more viable
Not only close to roads & power but also close to skilled labour work force which is often a deal breaker with other projects

Wouldn't take much to move this along if confirmation of Feasibility Study funding becomes a reality IMO.
