As a seed investor you should know the stock better. I know Jaxon as i spoke to him many times over the years and can confirm as someone mentioned above that he left Royal in June 2012 to work for Vertical Events. Vertical Events facilitate a number of resources conference both domestically in Aust and overseas. I don't know why you are focusing on Frank Demarte and Jaxon? Frank was the Company secretary so you can't blame him for Royal's SP as essentially his role is to manage the Company's finances and admin staff, and i think he did a pretty good job.

I have also ridden the ups and downs since the company listed in 2006 and at no stage have i wished to bailout at a certain price as i believe in the long term prospects.

For what it matters I think Marcus Flis has done an outstanding job - the resource size exceeds 3 billion tonnes - $6m in the bank - so fundamentally the company is in a strong position - but it doesn't help when our Aussie media has spent most of the year focusing on the negative aspects associated with iron ore and this has obviously had an impact on iron ore investors and unfortunately flown on to Royal's share price.

We're all waiting with baited breath for the PFS - but as Marcus has mentioned in a number of Boardroom Radio interviews, he is waiting for all the aspects associated with the PFS to come together and it is out of his control as to when these aspects are going to be available.
