if samsung cannot get another subcontractor,
for phase three,
on favorable terms,
they may need to carry out the work themselves!
however, if fge were required to provide a bond,
the bondsman will need to pay up now!
as well, the downfall of fge may have in part been that they could not raise the bond!
time is now of the essence!
