There is nothing speculative in the assessment I posted above. Its a reality of life and has nothing to do with monsters under the bed. I understand your point of view however, this issue is "out there" now, so its not a myth. Clearly there are some runctions brewing hence my assessment is based on the commercial and legal reality of how such matters play out. This is irrespective of whether Royal are ultimately vindicated 100% as Marcus suggested in his release yesterday. If a legal battle/claim ensues...ROY have to go through the process of defended themselves. That is my point. I am not floating any rumours here, I am not planting any seeds of doubt. I am merely making an assessment on how all this uncertainity can affect investor perception of a stock. Marcus may very well be right...I have no reason to challenge him, but if someone out there has an axe to grind about who has legal ownership, ROY are going to have to go through the process of fighting that battle in the courts...whether they want to or not. And that uncertainty will weigh on investor sentiment. Coop
