This is such a well thought out contrived scheme by someone in Patersons?
they get $1 mil for fees
IMI get $300000( if Tech comes to the party) for doing nothing
directors get their bonuses plus
and how can they value the shares at $12.8 mil when there aint no money in kitty
if the deal is signed and IMI default where does this leave RXL shareholders?
