And here is another genuine question for people to consider, I don't currently hold RXL shares, but if we believe that the Reward JV orebodies are worthwhile investing in long-term, and we can't buy Teck shares easily (not listed on the ASX), then the question might be:

Should people consider buying IMI shares rather than RXL shares, if we make the assumption that the offer is bad for existing RXL shareholders then it follows that it's good for current and future IMI holders ? Risks are the CR and/or Teck coming in with a better pre-emptive offer, depending on the timing?

Agree with others that a cash offer or being offered Teck shares would be the most welcome outcome for most RXL holders, the question for current RXL holders is what they can do to improve the chances of that happening?
