I know a couple of the guys within the company and had the following confirmed:

1. Daniel has left to buy into a private WA based company
2. revenue has indeed fallen off a cliff

as to the other items of Mint571 not sure...

I agree with 1 thing, I don't think us investors are kept well informed enough.... with the new investors this all may be irrelevant as I am sure they know better than us and have much bigger plans- things may be a little up and down along the way (like most stock)....
