I personally have meet the COO several times in the last 4 months and he has always praised the efforts put in by Richard Wright, Nick Bowen, Giuseppe Leone, Michael Douglas over the last 4 years in achieving record revenue and EBIT for the last 2 years on organic growth, but acknowledges to increase revenue beyond $80m to $90m the business must make sensible acquisitions.

He didn't make any comments on the cablelogic acquisition!!!! There are reason why small businesses go into receivership, but TPP required a electrical licence after Michael Douglas left the business, so may have served two purposes who know?

He told me back in November that him and Giuseppe Leone will acquire Aerison Pty Ltd from Clearwater a Hong Kong capital group.

He had no time for Tempo board members except Richard Wright, Nick Bowen who started and founded Tempo 4 years ago. (Hope he doesn't read this as he will know where it comes from!!)

Just remember the IPO was $0.20 almost 5 years ago when I was sold a lemon, others have done very well #good judgement, #neighbourhood knowledge or just being a good shark who knows?
