I called the COO myself today and got the update!

You guys are sort of right, he's on garden leave until Feb and still employed by TPP!

But Yes, he resigned from Tempo back in November for no other reason than to take the Executive Director role with Aerison where he is a 50% owner/shareholder with Giuseppe Leone the first CFO of Tempo who acquired the other half and they plan to list Aerison Pty Ltd on the Singapore stock exchange within 18 months.

Bloggers Lookup Aerison on the web looks like a solid company with good geographical locations and very diverse business. He told me they currently have average workforce of 280 on any week and just picked up a healthy contract direct with a major Oil & Gas client.

He said the new TPP investors is a very good move and wish TPP all the best, but now has bigger thing to concentrate on than TPP, wouldn't comment if he still holds TPP shares? however I got the feeling he is out completely.
