    If the 2017 order book looked so bad you'd have to wonder why the Transfield guys were keen to snap up 15% at a 30% premium in Dec. How did TPP convince them to pay overs if profitability was going to fall off a cliff? They could've waited or setup their own vehicle.

    What attracted them to TPP?
