I see Ross as an incredibly sensitive and resilient soul... very rare in my 30+years of mental health.
Words can't describe this corporate geo who has potentially pulled off a tier 1 resource with a major JV (especially after being 0.25% close with Chanape) with only a 3 person management team, as well as be first mover in East Timor's ring of fire at the same time... and all this whilst many armchair punters can give him sheet*.
In short, I'm very optimistic because our leader is an exceptionally resilient human being (1:100-1:500) with an incredibly wide skill set and proven job performance. Ditto his deputy, the good doc.
To be honest, the person I'm most concerned about pre ann is Grub!
