"I know a lot of people have it in for John Doutch when he became a alternitive director for one of his closest friends, Michael Wilson. But it only means a person who is allowed to act for an absent named director of a company at a board meeting. And it's because of this a lot of people believe he is fleecing the company by taking a large salery package, getting his accomodation and travel expences paid for and getting his office and secretaries in Kalgoorlie paid for by the GWR coffers. Well I don't think he is. But it is a bit concerning all these alligations. I guess time will tell.
I believe Michael Wilson was not to well ( he didn't look to good at the time I saw him just before John Doutch became an alternitive director) that's why John Doutch asked Michael Wilson if he could be his alternitive."
