    Agree with Dapper ! If not an announcement ... an update would be "helpful" to stop holders looking elsewhere for action. I still believe company will make it happen soon because the word "imminent" has not been used lately, if they do, Murphys law will kick in. Enjoy Christmas and wait just a little bit longer ! cls
