A little worrying perhaps.... The docu was signed last monday so it is "old" news. PEL management must have known soon after and would have made an announcement if it was of great importance. Surely they are not relying on HC for news... (thanks a lot Chuck)
Someone must have upset the local government... and now we see a kneejerk reaction. Governments come and go... but I will be here on monday :)
