The CR price will be much lower than the share buy back, well, we all hope it is.

Whoever puts into CR will get it back (hopefully a factor of at least 10x more)

Whoever holds now and doesn't participate in CR will have to share there potential profits with the new share holders.

what is better, 100% borrowing.
Pay back the $140 mill + interest and keep the rest

Or issuing, 4.2 billion more shares, and getting only 1/7th of your current share...
