Akko as far as I can tell the Touquoy West is subject to the 60:40 and it was stated on the 26/11/2010 their intention for it to become a "satelite feed" to the mine. 7m of overburden and similiar drill results I cant see any major increase in cost ( somehow I dont think there will be any shortage of crushed rock to build a suitable road). 4/1/2010 shows its close proximtiy. Worth noting the main Touquoy pit will end up nearly 800m wide.
Also for what its worth , ..."ATV may earn an additional 15% in the exploration block which comprises the major part of the property outside the current defined resource area upon securing financing". Another 40 mill to the Npv aint to shabby!
