I was listening on the ABC the other day to a professor who was addressing the conference. His view was that new malaria drugs to counteract the new resistant strains to supersede artimist would not be available until at least 2020. Hopefully as a long term viability the delivery system being developed here may be able to be tweaked to assist with the delivery of the newer drugs and even if not there are still years till then that this will be of great help to the many many people.
