    I respectfully disagree. There is no difference between dilution at the project level and dilution at the company level (ie capital raising). It is still a ''dilution event''. In either case each share essentially owns less of the assets of the company then it did before.

    Let me add that I don't have a problem with raising capital if it is required. My problem stems from the fact that every decision that this companies management makes is to the benefit of one shareholder and to the detriment of all minority shareholders. My crystal ball sees Robust being silently taken over by its largest shareholder at a value far less than what the assets of the company are worth and management seem happy to not only allow this to happen but are going out of their way to make it to happen. Why is that?

    Management have lost my confidence and by the looks of the share price have also lost the confidence of the majority of the market. The market has no confidence that they are acting in the best interests of all shareholders and I agree.
