As ROL is undervalued why not move the whole operation to AIM. Then do a spin-off and raise money in Europe, with an in-specie distribution to shareholders. It would appear to me that this Company is being run more like a private company than a public company. There is no liquidity in the stock and it seems that there is no intention for this to happen. With projects being held in a separate entity controlled by ROL the shareholders wii have even less say knowledge of what goes on.
