Also, CEY has now taken out hedging contracts for 1.4 Mt thermal coal for the first time, which indicates to me that they are wary of downward price pressure. Evidently Indonesia has slowed its exports, although this is probably temporary. The more l read, the less l like thermal coal as it is a major green house producer and global warming is becoming a very serious issue, so l can see carbon taxes and a shift to Gas in the future. What say you Roidz?
