BYI was my choice out of his 3 picks from that article. Did look into it and was tempted to buy but two things kept me back.
1. The SP rose quite strongly off the back of that article, so I held off awaiting a better entry. 2. More concerning is the issue of liquidity... It's hard for even a retail investor to buy and sell this baby - let alone an insto. It may be big enough to attract insto attention one day, but til then liquidity is a major consideration. You could lose 10% straight off what you should due to lack of buyers when trying to sell. Or vice versa be forced to pay 10% more due to lack of sellers.
Fundamentals look fantastic. May buy in yet but these two points above keep me on the sidelines for now... Decent yield and solid financials though.
