Funding imho has already been agreed by all parties, whoever has been given the green light to put the money up to a cash flow positive business(very soon)are extremely lucky chaps..

I would hazard a guess and say it was some of the faithful who tipped in 2 yrs ago when all this was just a pipe dream and twice the price.....

1000's of Hrs has been put into the planning of making this mine a goer and now it is only a short time away for the re-rating to begin....
