my take is ... played with. I've seen this across abut 20 stocks of late.

Very thin buy side - push it down and clear out buyers, create some panic with sellers/stop losses etc.

Bid it up very quickly and stack the buy side with phantom bids including some big licks well below the now well boosted SP.

Wait for some punters to move in and push it up further where you have your sell side offers waiting for them to be gobbled up.

Start removing your phantom buy side bids. And sell into the buyers well about your average entry point.

SP defies gravity for a day or 2 as the stock gets kicked around.

SP rediscovers gravity and goes back to just about where it was before with someone making a quick 20k or 30k profit. move on to the next stock and repeat.

If I'm right those bigger lines at high 4s will disappear quickly.
