Fortrend hasn't given them a $5m loan. They've committed to a $5m equity purchase which adz has already pointed that they have already altered the minumum purchase price from 1.5c to 0.7c.

If they drew down the rest of the agreement (at 0.7c) then fortrend would be looking at something like 600 million shares. They have already 750 million shares on issue. I doubt that they would even be entitled to issue that amount so cash burn is still a problem and they may well have to look at something source of funds.
