Totally agree. We are at the end unfortunately and like you said lesson learnt. I sent off another email last week for which I've had no response. Speaks volumes I guess.
This mob has taken some good real estate and basically screwed it.
It's disappointing and it hurts but it's the price we sometimes pay at this spec end of the market.
Let's hope our other play comes good, will make this loss fade into the distance
