It maybe a leaky boat situation, but they announced last week that results would be out this week and that they were encouraging, so its not like the announcement was unexpected. We are also expecting an update on Panhandle this week. If it was a substantial increasing their holding, it shows that with a tightly held stock such as Mindax, it is now pretty difficult to build a significantly larger position without causing a large price increase. There still isnt too many buyers or sellers, so wont take much to move it either way.
