Read this, an oldie but a goodie and spot on. it shows the complete mismanagement of DDT by the previous and current board led by Gary Flowers. a complete stuff up now going to stuff the show up further. will some one please grab Flowers by the ears and lead him to the well the right well.

"I went through the BT Merger announcement and here is what I understand:

1. 41% stake in DDT would mean additional 332 million shares to be issues, diluting our holdings by 41%?

2. Raising 12 million at $0.002 will mean issuing further 6 BILLION shares? NO value left in our existing shareholding. Do we want this? Datadot will have more issued shares than Apple and Microsoft. If not so serious, it would be funny.

3. The merger document is stating that Beston Technologies are bringing in OZIRIS technology with Brandlok. It seems that this is a combination of QR code (used in the same way by thousands of companies) and Brandlok. It also states that the Brandlok IP was developed by CSIRO, so the only conclusion is that Brandlok is the DNATRACE. Now it gets interesting, as they also state that Brandlok is owned by DDT (20%) and Brandlok Brand Protection Solution Pty. Ltd. out of Adelaide (80%). Brandlok Brand Protection Solution Pty. Ltd. is in turn owned by Grape Ensembles (80%). Very muddy????
From BFC website it is apparent that Brandlok has 6 customers - all are BFC products. So the Brandlok labels with DDT trace are not sold, but used internally. If DDT board is betting the company fortunes on that technology, god help us.

4. BFC announced in the FY2018 report that they will make $8-$10 million on the DDT merger. WHERE will THAT money come from?? Is this a good deal for as, the DDT shareholders? I think not.""
