No you haven't missed a thing. DDT is in panic mode, no sales, no staff, no money, no reputation, yet it is still in existence. the original founders would be just shaking their heads now and the gross neglect and destruction of a once up and coming company. without ingenuity you have nothing and DDT has had nothing for years now. Ever since the China man put his nose in and killed off all the original people, the place has been destroyed by the likes of Rathie and now Flowers, neither have any idea about running this type of company except running it into the deck.
There are alternatives but pride will not allow this to happen, the best they can come up with is a deal with a struggling Beston and the hope to raise $12m. How this can happen is well beyond me and my markets. the company is now worth $1.62M. This is an absolute disgrace, all involved should be in the dock. No sane person will invest.
You have to ask yourself what Thorney Group is doing other than their dud on the Board Wilkes who is a lame duck.
