unfortunately if you bought in 2006, that would have been at a 2 dollar plus SP. Although Roc s rebuilding value, they did do a biggish Share issue since then and I think they will need a fair bit of luck ( a couple of decent funds to add about 30mboe in 2 p reserves to get back to that price
