Would be great to have a little clarification regarding the actual affect on ROCs bottom line. I am going to assume for now that the deal is neutral to our bottom line.
This is slightly off topic, but ROC has mentioned recently they are interested in further exploring Cliff Head. ROC has looked at doing this in the past, but since 2010, as far as I can tell, no further drilling has occurred?
3D seismic has been done around the field (but I have not found any image so far) so other than what I can show here, I am hoping to find more. ROC increased its position in cliff head a while back (2011), so clearly they see further opportunities? (considering the Infrastructure is already in place).
This from a slightly old preso.
This from 2009 annual report.
Would be great to get a bit more info from ROC in the future if they are indeed actually going to do some drilling close to home.
