Firstly I want to say I no longer hold CDU after seeing the brokers at play on Friday I decided to take my prof's and move elsewhere.

I have read all the papers this morning and am appalled to say the least.
As it turns out the media are fighting amongst themselves and CDU are stuck in the middle.

The stoush is between FAIRFAX papers and The AUSTRALIAN.

I have kept every article that has been released and believe if Slater and Gordon want to take a case against someone maybe they should start with the reporters from the above newspapers.

The Australian deny they did anything wrong and I disagree as will most, they definately ramped CDU on the 5th July and most definately criticised CDU in the weeks after that when all the other media did.

Fairfax papers say they merely mentioned CDU in passing and yet I have several articles that will prove that they did a lot more than merely mention it.

I am appalled as whether we like it or not the media do have an influence on the market and in life generally.

I believe both media organisations owe CDU shareholders and Wayne McCrae some very big retractions but that will never happen.

AFTER ALL THIS PRESS GARBAGE there is one man of reason ALAN KOHLER who this morning said CDU will probably be a mine after XSTRATA buys it out.

Now this manipulation of the stock this week should be investigated by ASIC and they say they are.I for one wrote them a letter as did many others, when I wrote the letter I got back a polite reply more or less saying yes yes but who cares. As it happens many others must have written letter as they suddenly are interested in this week's trading although I will make my call now and say NOTHING will ever come of it.

Anyway to all holders I wish you luck and I do believe McCrae has it but this media and asx shambles will be a soap opera too long fro me and I saw the same thing happen on FMG a couple of years ago until the media and the ijits left it alone.
