Montezuma Joint Venture Terminated
Greater Pacific Gold Limited has by mutual agreement terminated its joint venture with Montezuma Mining Company Ltd for the Robinson Range project.
As a result of the termination, each of the companies will retain the sole and full interest in the tenements they respectively brought into the joint venture which in the case of Greater Pacific Gold Limited involves seven separate exploration licences.
Greater Pacific Gold Limited will now in its own right be able to rationalise those tenements and concentrate on assessing their full geological significance.
