"ROBINSON RANGE JOINT VENTURE UPDATE
The Company wishes to advise that Montezuma and our Joint
Venture partners in the Robinson Range Project, Greater Pacific Gold Limited (“GPN”) have agreed to terminate the Joint Venture effective immediately.
Montezuma will retain 100% interest in the project tenements that it held prior to entering into the JV with GPN, and similarly, GPN will retain the ground that they brought into the partnership...."
