    Its everyone holding the shares on 7th March 2018. Nothing in the Prospectus or subsequent documents has said you had to partake in the IPO. Just that you have to own BGT shares on 7th March and be a holder based in Australia or New Zealand.

    Unfortunately yes! From the Prospectus: "an expiry date in or about November 2018" and other documents the same. Guess they forsee needing cash by then?
