Im not saying this is whats happening with STU
but the reverse can be true .

U want to buy a line of stock u stike a bit of resistance,
u bid the stock up on low volume only to sell a few a critical times ,just to shake the traders out.

The objective being to accumulate a parcel without
having to chase.
