we don't know who is selling, it could be a big / bigger holder or just small traders. But you are exactly at a point where accumulators like people to be - impatient, frustrated and willing to sell.
Take AHZ over the last 3 days, emotions have cost some a lot and made others a fortune.
As long as the fundamentals are strong the sp will get to where it belongs. CGP's sp is still at pre-consolidation level, treated as failure. But we know that management has turned the comp around and the good news will come and drive the sp higher. I am convinced it will turn out great and use the offered shares to my advantage like I did when they crashed AHZ on Monday.
Remember, we can only buy cheap when offered cheap.
