Ok I was a little over enthusiastic on that call I’ll admit. But my main point was that they have a small registry and a near prof business, so there isn’t a need for the typical panicked/ angry response to a CR that is typical of the HC brains trust. Of course your suggested sequence of events is more prudent. That said, if they saw an imminent opportunity appeared (acquisition or other) that required a 10M raise, I wouldn’t be concerned. They’re in great shape for an up and comer
