I'd say .3 is a better floor. 61.8 fib level from the recent high and the low from mid nov after its first jump up. . I suspect a bounce from here, whether its sustained will depend on the numbers for Dec. If it breaks below here however, all bets are off till .22 at 78.6 retrancement.
