I have been trying to find where we previously discussed but am unable. I recall SOT being bearish but looking at the chart you posted and rereading your post it seems bullish.
SOT can it be both bullish and bearish? In this instance is it supply is decreasing / demand stepping up to break the recent downward momentum?
Back to the books but I think there are some fundementals I need to grasp before tackling this.
