So, this will be interesting. The Alkane deal voting papers have been out for ages. Before the increased offer came in. I suspect they will get the votes based on timing alone.
I'm not even sure what the EXU board can do if they have enough acceptances in already and wanted to change their recomendation. Thoughts?
Will it mean that the RMS and EXU boards have to coordinate their approach with Alkane?

I'm sure that you can change your vote one way or the other as many times as you wish up to the cut off time.
Without looking into it that's what you can do when voting on AGM resolutions.
