15,000 RMS changed hands after the bell and 15,000 EXU. It's just arbitrage, you sell 1 RMS share for 42.5 cents then you buy 4 EXU shares at 10.5 cents for total 42 cents. You give those 4 EXU shares to RMS and get back your original RMS share worth (say)42.5 cents plus 8 cents cash. You just made 8.5 cents and end up where you started with 1 RMS share
Of course the price of RMS goes down with huge profits like that to be made, but it will recover to true value once all this is over.
