Hmmm, well yes there's some resistance at 6 bucks. That's what gives the flat top of the triangle. But the fact that we have a succession of higher lows means the sellers under $6 are drying up. Fairly reliable bullish signal.
All a high stochastic means is that the price is tending to close near it's high. It's the divergences or extremes that mean the most.
