This is a tough call now in whether holders should participate in this offer. I am leaning towards if you are long term investor in the company you really have no choice as you are going to be diluted if you don't as well as the possibility of them going under if they don't have money to operate. Can you imagine how the market will punish OEX if they announce to the market they failed in attracting holders to participate in the SPP.

Also I think the whole problem with this SPP is there is no indication of when the next Cambay drilling campaign is going to commence in 2015 as it clearly says this money is for other things. This IMO is critical in seeing the share price rise. I fear in 6 months time Ron will be tapping us again for more money and if most of us are sitting on heavy loses I don't know if many will have the money to participate again. I think I will just have to see how easy it is to decifer the next announcement and are going over RM two most recent video interviews to try and work out what on earth is he telling us.
